Emir Aviation has been managing Hajj and Umrah operations, including air-lifting, accommodation, and passenger cargo for the past three years.
 
Our 10 Signature Services Package:

As a part of every Hajj and Umrah operation, we offer our 10 Signature Services Package as follows:

  • Air-lifting pilgrims on direct flights to Jeddah or Madinah Munawwarah from most countries.
  • Placing the required bank guarantee with the Saudi Arabia Government Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA), as appropriate, as well as paying the passenger embarkation and disembarkation taxes.
  • Paying royalty fee for each passenger to the Saudi Arabian Airlines, as appropriate.
  • Assisting with processing the entry Visas for Hajj and Umrah pilgrims.
  • Providing convenient and comfortable accommodation including hotel and guesthouses within 1.5-3 kilometers of the holy shrines in both Mecca and Madinah Munawwarah.
  • Providing free support services for the pilgrims, including transport buses, mobile phones for the group leaders, health clinics, and daily tea/coffee facilities.
  • Free luggage collection from Hajjis' hotels and guesthouses in Mecca and Madinah Munawwarah and processing and delivering the luggage to the aircraft (for the departure flights only).
  • Providing One Container of 10-liter Zam-Zam Water Free to each Hajji.
  • Providing One 7kg hand-carry bag Free to each Hajji.
  • Free check-in luggage allowance of 35kg and a hand-carry bag of 7kg for each Hajji.
 
 
Hajj And Umrah Air-Lifting Operations:
  
 
Unlike certain major airlines that rely mainly on their scheduled flights to and from Jeddah to air-lift the pilgrims and therefore cause major inconveniences to the passengers, Emir Aviation organizes and executes special Umrah and Hajj air-lifting operations for each of its clients and air-lifts the pilgrims directly from the designated gateways to Jeddah or Madinah Munawwarah and return in accordance with the flight slots that it secures from the Saudi Arabia GACA. This has been possible through close collaboration with the national air-carriers that would allow Emir Aviation to fly under their call-sign.
  
 
Our Accommodation Facilities:

 
We provide lodging services in the Holy Cities of Mecca and Madinah Munawwarah in the most reputable and comfortable hotels located in the close vicinity (1.5-3 kilometers distance) of the holy shrines. Enjoy the comfort and convenience you deserve at affordable prices.
 
Our accommodation package includes:
 
  • Rooms furnished with beds (80 x 180 x 30 cm), carpets, fridge filled with Zam-Zam water and hot water facilities for tea and coffee.
  • Serving coffee and tea breaks 2-3 times per day.
  • Totally secure and safe accommodations, issuing ID cards and passes for all pilgrims to ensure access to the hotels and accommodation is restricted to only registered pilgrims.
  • Limiting access to the buildings after 9 pm.
  • Having 24/7 security at the entrance of these locations­.
  • Cleaning and tidying the rooms and the building several times a day.
  • Assigning a fully-staffed office at each building to ensure timely responsiveness to pilgrims' needs for assistance and also security.
  • Conducting daily inspection of the premises and produce reports.
  • Assigning staff to our offices that can speak and communicate with the pilgrims in Arabic, English, Farsi, French, Russian, Tajik, Turkish, and Urdu.
 
Our Additional Signature Services:
 
  • Providing clinics with 20 beds in each clinic. Each clinic will be provided with one ambulance vehicle, a fridge to keep the medicine safe and usable will also be provided. The clinics have one office for receiving and registering the patients and one room for medical examination, as well as 5 wheeled-chairs and adequate furniture and equipment. We will also assign one medical team and a clinic with 20 beds to serve the Hajjis during the Meena procession.
  • Providing transport support services for your team, including 2 GMC Super Model (higher than 2007); 5 Sedans (small cars); 5 motorcycles; 1 24-seater Coaster Bus; 2 15-seater buses; and one pick-up truck.
  • Providing communication support services for your team, including 25 mobile handsets with the sim-cards and adequate air-time credit, and 10 Bravo walky-talkies.
